Job Description
Overview:
We are looking for a service-minded, people-focused Personal Banker to join our team—someone who naturally motivates others, brings energy to new initiatives, and takes pride in helping move ideas into action. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on connecting with customers, supporting their goals, and working alongside a team to see things through from start to finish. You'll have the opportunity to make an impact every day—sometimes stepping into teller duties as needed—while being part of a bank that values growth, collaboration, and community.Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships with customers by identifying their financial needs and recommending tailored banking solutions.
- Open and service personal and business accounts while ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
- Educate customers about bank products, services, digital tools, and financial wellness strategies.
- Occasionally assist with teller transactions to support branch operations as needed.
- Collaborate with your team to achieve branch goals and provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Exhibit sound judgment in decision-making, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Be a positive presence on the team—supporting others and celebrating wins.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree preferred.
- Prior experience in retail banking, sales, or customer service strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to different tasks and branch needs.
- Passion for community service and team success.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
