Job Description

As a Relationship Banker III, you'll support and drive sales growth at your branch while continuing to develop through training and mentorship. You'll help manage a client portfolio, build relationships, and work alongside experienced business partners. This role is designed to help you grow into a future sales leader at Tri City National Bank.
Compensation:
$25.00 - $33.00 per hour depending on experience. Responsibilities Build and strengthen relationships with customers in your branch. Be primary contact for customer inquiries and relationship management. Identify and pursue opportunities to grow business from existing clients. Partner Commercial Banking and Mortgage Lending to expand services. Engage in outbound sales campaigns and customer relationship reviews. Support branch staff in developing sales techniques and strategies. Participate in business visits to build new customer relationships. Maintain a polished and professional demeanor in both appearance and communication. Partake in sales meetings and workshops. Qualifications 3+ years of banking experience. Proven success in banking business development, sales, or lending. Demonstrated knowledge of consumer lending products & services. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks while staying detail oriented.
