Job Description

Join Summit Credit Union as a Senior Universal Banker for our Waukesha Northeast branch and be the friendly face that inspires, connects, and supports our members every day!
What You'll Do:
Deliver accurate, prompt, and friendly service to members in-branch and via phone. Engage in meaningful conversations, listen to members' needs, and help them achieve their financial goals. Advise on a variety of financial solutions, including lending and deposit products. Build new and enhance existing member relationships. Refer members to teammates for specialized assistance. Complete branch operations tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of sales or customer service experience (or higher education in finance, sales, or marketing). High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to obtain a Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) number. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Adaptability, judgment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Active listening and relationship-building skills. Attention to detail and accountability. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and financial concepts. Why Summit?
