Duties Assist in developing comprehensive financial plans tailored to client needs, including estate planning, tax strategies, and retirement solutions Support the preparation and analysis of financial reports using advanced financial software and tools Participate in client meetings to understand their goals and communicate investment strategies effectively Conduct research on securities law, asset management techniques, and current market trends to inform recommendations Help manage client portfolios by monitoring performance and suggesting adjustments aligned with their objectives Collaborate with team members on cash management, banking relationships, and wealth management strategies Contribute to the creation of wills, trusts, and estate documents under supervision to ensure legal compliance and accuracy Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field Strong understanding of financial concepts such as investment management, portfolio management, and financial analysis Knowledge of estate planning, wills, trusts & estate law is highly desirable Familiarity with securities law, tax experience, and public accounting principles is a plus Excellent math skills with the ability to perform detailed financial calculations accurately Proficiency in financial software applications and research tools used in the industry Strong communication skills for effective customer relationship management and team collaboration Demonstrated interest in financial services, wealth management, or asset management fields This paid internship is designed for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.
