As a Team Leader in Field Supervision - Investment Advisory, you will lead a team responsible for supervising a large and growing investment advisory platform. This role offers the chance to work directly with branch leaders, internal business partners, and firm leaders—strengthening the quality, consistency, and integrity of supervisory decisions across thousands of client relationships.

+ Lead and develop a high‑caliber team of Field Supervision Directors, ensuring strong execution and consistency across advisory supervision. + Apply advanced knowledge of advisory program requirements, regulatory expectations, and supervisory systems to guide complex decisions. + Drive strategic initiatives and cross‑firm projects designed to modernize and elevate advisory risk oversight. + Enhance the firm's supervisory readiness through trend analysis, early‑risk detection, and proactive oversight. + Build strong partnerships across the organization and serve as a visible representative of the firm in regulatory and industry engagements. + Champion excellence, professional growth, and a culture where associates feel empowered and accountable.

What You'll Need:
+ Series 7 & 66 (or equivalent) required (Series 7 must be held for a minimum of 2 years) + Series 9 &10 (or equivalent), 24, and insurance license required (or must be obtained within 4 months of hire) + Extensive securities product knowledge as well as knowledge of industry regulations, firm policies, and supervisory systems. + Leadership, analytical, investigative, and decision-making skills are required.
What Could Set You Apart:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience + Graduate level degree or additional industry certification(s) is preferred
  • _•Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St.
Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026. Before June 1, 2026, candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.
