  • Full-time This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced team with a family atmosphere.
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing client service requests, helping to prepare for client meetings, handling new business processing, and other general administrative duties, as assigned. The candidate should demonstrate a high level of organization and attention to detail and must possess strong computer skills.
Essential Job Functions:
Work directly with Financial Advisors and Associate Advisors to prepare reports and manage client projects Respond to client requests with a positive, can-do attitude General office and administrative duties Client service management to ensure timely delivery and response Maintain client physical and electronic files Database and software data entry and analysis Employee benefits management Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency Additional duties as the needs arise
Requirements:
Positive, friendly attitude Ability to learn quickly and apply the knowledge Superior attention to detail to ensure a high level of accuracy 2+ years of banking, insurance and/or securities industry experience; related experience will be considered General knowledge of financial concepts Tech-savvy and highly proficient in web-based applications and MS Office Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities and meet multiple deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills History of ethical and professional conduct Outstanding analytical and problem solving ability Bachelor's degree preferred Clear background check
