Job Description

Encore Digital Controllership Senior Consultant Help finance leaders modernize the controllership function and strengthen how finance supports the business. As an Encore Digital Controllership Senior Consultant in Deloitte's Finance Transformation practice, you will work with CFOs, controllers, and finance executives to address accounting, data, process, and technology challenges. You will help clients implement digital finance solutions that improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and support business performance. Work you'll do As a Senior Consultant on the Controllership and Treasury Transformation team, you will be responsible for helping clients improve finance operations through process, data, and technology transformation.
  • Support client engagements focused on controllership, finance transformation, and digital finance modernization
  • Gather requirements, map business processes, and support solution design, testing, and deployment
  • Implement or optimize finance platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Workiva, and BlackLine
  • Develop accounting data models, reporting structures, and analytics to improve financial insight
  • Contribute to proposals, practice initiatives, and day-to-day client delivery A successful candidate would possess these skills:

Qualifications Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Actuarial Science
