We're seeking a Financial Counselor to work directly with patients, guiding them through financial assistance options and providing support every step of the way. What You'll Do Meet with patients face-to-face to discuss financial options Assist with Medi-Cal, Medicaid, and other programs Help ensure patients receive the support they need while maximizing reimbursement What You Need Experience with Medi-Cal & Medicaid (required) Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable in a patient-facing role Make a difference every day in a supportive, team-focused environment!
