- El Centro, CA | $50K Base, Up to $62K All-In (Entry-Level Financial Advisor Path) (Full-Time, In-Office) We're a growing wealth management firm serving clients across the Yuma and Imperial Valley, and we're hiring an Associate Wealth Advisor in El Centro to support our advisory team and grow into a client-facing planning role. This is an entry point into a real career in wealth management
- a $50,000 base with total earnings up to $62,000 a year when you max out commissions and bonuses, even at the entry level. You'll work directly alongside senior advisors, learn the business from the inside, and build the relationships and skills that turn into a long-term future in financial planning. - formal education or the equivalent through experience.
What we're not flexible on is competence and drive. If you don't already hold a Series 65 license, you need to be ready to take and pass the exam to obtain it. We'll bring on the right person who has the foundation and the discipline to get licensed. About the Role As an Associate Wealth Advisor, you'll be the operational backbone of the advisory team while developing into a planner in your own right. Day to day, you'll: Support every advisor meeting: Sit in on advisor meetings, document notes, and create the follow-up tasks, cases, and opportunities that keep client work moving.
Own the client onboarding experience:
Lead the lead-management and onboarding process for all incoming clients, from first contact through setup.
Keep the operation tight:
Manage calendars and scheduling, coordinate Required Minimum Distributions, handle client departures and account transfers, and serve as a first point of contact for clients.
Build planning skill:
Handle paraplanning work and prepare tailored financial analyses and investment proposals alongside senior advisors.
Hold the standard:
Pass internal audits at a 90%+ average, with paperwork support from our Client Service Associates. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $50,000/year Total earning potential up to $62,000/year all-in, when commissions (3-5%) and bonuses are maxed out Bonus & commission structure: Up to 25% bonus potential, plus a 25 bps outbound sales bonus
Paid Time Off:
10 days to start (pro-rated first year), scaling to 15 days (years 3-4), 20 days (years 5-9), and 25 days (10+ years) — on top of 10 paid holidays 401(k): Eligible after one year on the next entry date (January or July); the firm contributes 3% on your behalf even if you don't contribute
Health Reimbursement:
Up to $300/month toward health insurance premiums after the 90-day probationary period (must be enrolled in the plan)
Life & Disability Insurance:
Provided after the 90-day probationary period
Gym Membership:
