What You'll Do Guide customers through financing with clarity, honesty, and care. Structure deals and work with lenders to find the best fit for each buyer. Present F&I products, warranties, GAP, and insurance in a consultative, no-pressure way. Partner with the sales team to deliver a smooth, memorable delivery experience. What You Bring 1+ years of experience in automotive F&I or related financial services. A people-first approach focused on long-term relationships. Strong knowledge of credit, compliance, and deal structuring. Valid California DMV Salesperson License (or willingness to obtain one). Experience with CDK software (preferred, but we will train the right person). Bilingual English/Spanish skills (a strong plus!). Availability to work a 5-day schedule including rotating evenings and weekends.
