Team Financial Partners is authorized to conduct life insurance and securities business in California and may be licensed in additional states, operating with high standards of compliance and professionalism. Role Description The Sales Advocate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Redlands, CA. In this role, the individual will engage prospective and existing clients, explain financial products and services, and support them in identifying solutions that align with their goals. Daily responsibilities include conducting outreach and follow-ups, scheduling and attending client meetings, presenting product information, and assisting with the preparation of proposals and documentation. The Sales Advocate will collaborate with financial professionals and leadership to implement sales strategies, track activity and results, and support client onboarding processes. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, participating in training sessions, and upholding regulatory and company standards in all client interactions. Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening. Proven Customer Service abilities, with a focus on building trust, handling inquiries, and resolving concerns professionally. Demonstrated Sales experience, including prospecting, consultative selling, and closing opportunities in a client-focused environment. Background in Training or coaching, with the ability to learn complex financial concepts and help explain them to clients or team members. Experience or interest in Sales Management, including organizing sales activities, tracking performance metrics, and supporting team goals. Basic understanding of financial services, insurance, or investment products is preferred; willingness to learn and pursue relevant licenses as needed. Applicant must be bilingual Applicant must be Life licensed. High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, finance, communications, or a related field is a plus.
