$50,000 - $70,000 Base Salary + Commission Opportunity This position is designed as a relationship-building and business development role, with significant earning potential through commissions based on investment sales, client growth, and production. Candidates seeking a primarily salary-based position may find this opportunity less aligned with their goals. Top performers can significantly increase total compensation through commission earnings.
Additional Compensation:
Employees may be considered for annual performance-based salary increases; eligibility and amount are determined by individual performance and business needs. This position also includes eligibility for monthly commission and are determined by the individual's performance. Total Compensation In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for monthly commission opportunities, including performance-based salary increases. Join Oak Valley Community Bank Oak Valley Community Bank is seeking an experienced Investment Representative to provide comprehensive investment guidance, financial planning, and portfolio management services to our clients. This role is responsible for developing and managing client relationships, growing a portfolio of investment clients, and partnering with internal banking teams to deliver exceptional wealth management solutions. Important Licensing Requirement Applicants must currently hold FINRA Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65 licenses, or Series 7 and Series 66. These licenses are required for consideration and are not preferred qualifications. Candidates who do not possess the required licenses will not be considered. What You'll Do Manage and grow an investment and wealth management client portfolio. Provide financial planning, investment advice, and portfolio management services. Conduct portfolio reviews and identify opportunities to deepen client relationships. Present investment strategies, asset allocation concepts, and wealth planning solutions. Partner with banking teams to identify and serve clients' financial needs. Develop new business through networking, referrals, and community involvement. Maintain compliance records and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and prospects. Promote exceptional client service and strengthen relationships across the Bank. Required Qualifications Required Licenses (Mandatory) FINRA Series 7 License FINRA Series 63 and Series 65 Licenses, OR Series 66 License Candidates must possess these licenses at the time of application. They are required and not negotiable. Experience & Education Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in investment services, wealth management, trust services, portfolio management, or related financial services. Strong business development and relationship management skills. Demonstrated success in building and retaining client relationships. Advanced knowledge of investment products, banking services, and wealth management solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative sales skills. Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the market area. Why Oak Valley Community Bank?
