The Opportunity We are seeking an Associate Advisor to work with Advisors in delivering comprehensive financial advice and an exceptional client experience. This role is ideal for an early to mid-career advisor who enjoys analytical work, values teamwork, and is committed to acting in clients' best interests. You will work closely with the firm's Advisors, Paraplanners, and Operations Team to help prepare financial plans, participate in client meetings, and ensure advice is implemented and monitored effectively. What You'll Do Analyze client data and prepare comprehensive financial plans and recommendations for Advisor review Collaborate with and review work prepared by Paraplanners Participate in client meetings with Advisors and assist with advice delivery, documentation, and follow?up Conduct ad?hoc research as needed Maintain timely and accurate client data and notes in the firm's technology suite Contribute to process, system, and workflow improvements to support efficient operations Provide guidance, training, and coaching to Paraplanners, as appropriate Support one?time or ongoing projects based on firm needs What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree or higher CFP® certification (or having passed the CFP® exam) Investment Adviser Representative registered 3+ years of relevant experience in financial planning or wealth management preferred Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills Highly collaborative, self?motivated, dependable, and accountable Strong alignment with a client?first, fiduciary mindset Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning financial planning technology Why Integris 100% fee?only, independent, fiduciary firm Collaborative, values?driven culture Meaningful client advice and relationships - not sales quotas Opportunity to grow professionally within an advisory team Work that emphasizes care, clarity, and long?term client outcomes
