Experienced Family Law Paralegal

Schank Family Law seeks an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our Pacific Grove team!

Requirements:

Ideal candidate has a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience as a family law Paralegal Ability to multi-task, be familiar with Local Rules of Court, proficient in preparing legal pleadings, judicial council forms, correspondence, briefs, possess excellent writing skills, maintain calendaring policy, propound and respond to discovery, meet and exceed deadlines, schedule hearings, events and depositions, prepare files for hearings and trials, ability to immediately maintain a caseload. Selected candidate will join our team in our positive, forward thinking environment and work closely with our Attorneys who are well known in the community, and highly respected by their peers, bench and bar.
