The first foray into the path towards becoming a Financial Consultant(FC)at Schwab, the ICrole providesthe exposure and experiencerequiredto advanceinthis challengingspace.

You'lllearn what it takes to build a book of business through proactive, outbound calls to existing Schwab clients,uncoveringopportunitiesthrough needs-based analysis and positioningappropriate productsand solutions.

You'llobserveour skilled FCs and learn how todeliver unparalleled value and service through collaboration and mentoring.

Required Qualifications:

A valid and active Series 7 license isrequired(license may be obtained under a condition of employment through Branch Network Licensing Program) A valid and active Series 66 (63/65) licenserequired(license(s) may be obtained under a condition of employment) A valid and active Life and Health Insurance license isrequired(may be obtained under a condition of employment)

Preferred Qualifications:

2 years of experience in the financial services industry Ability toleverageBusiness development experience Passion for gainingknowledge of brokerage/banking products and services Openness to build strong client relationships In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
