Description Anisa Henry is partnered with a growing independent wealth management firm seeking a seasoned Financial Advisor to join its team. This is an opportunity to work with an established base of high-net-worth clients while helping deepen relationships and deliver comprehensive financial planning and investment guidance. The ideal candidate is an experienced advisor who can operate independently, build trust with clients, and identify opportunities to enhance the client experience. + Serve as a primary advisor for a group of high-net-worth clients, providing ongoing financial planning and investment guidance
+ Lead client meetings and portfolio reviews while delivering thoughtful planning recommendations
+ Advise clients on topics including retirement planning, investment strategy, insurance planning, and major life events such as home purchases or rollovers
+ Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and provide additional planning solutions when appropriate
+ Partner closely with senior advisors to support more complex client needs and deliver a high level of service
+ Assist with onboarding and advising new clients introduced to the firm
+ Maintain accurate client records and planning documentation within the firm's CRM and planning systems
+ Stay informed on market developments and planning strategies relevant to client portfolios Requirements & Qualifications
+ Ideally 7+ years in wealth management
+ Minimum ~5 years client-facing
+ Must be very comfortable running meetings and speaking directly with clients
+ Must have CFP (ideally held for 2+ years)
+ CFA nice to have but not required
+ Strong understanding of holistic financial planning and wealth management strategies
+ Experience working with high-net-worth clients preferred
+ Excellent communication and relationship management skills with the ability to confidently lead client conversations
+ Ability to identify client needs and recommend appropriate financial planning strategies
+ Familiarity with CRM (Redtail) and financial planning (eMoney) software platforms.
