Our approach goes beyond traditional financial advice, empowering clients to elevate their financial strategy and achieve meaningful growth. With a focus on personalized service and strategic planning, we guide our clients toward their long-term financial goals. Managing $600M in assets, we work with clients whose average portfolio size is $1.5M.

Responsibilities:

Develop customized financial plans and investment strategies using company software.

Assist with onboarding new clients and foster relationships, particularly with CPA firms for investment management support.

Participate in client meetings, taking detailed notes and following up on action items.

Serve as a primary point of contact for client communication, providing high-level support.

Build trust with clients by engaging directly, with a focus on relationship-building before offering investment recommendations.

Manage the CRM and track client interactions.

Handle client documentation from start of opening to account maintenance.

Prepare meetings and client presentations.
