$120,000-$175,000 base salary + potential incentive compensation Make an Impact Through Financial Planning — Not Prospecting The AmeriFlex Group is seeking a CFP® professional to join our Santa Barbara office as a Lead Financial Planner serving an established high-net-worth client base. This role is built for an experienced planner who wants to focus on comprehensive planning and long-term relationships - not building a practice from scratch. You are joining a firm owned by its partner advisors, built for planning in a collaborative environment. You'll work alongside experienced advisors to deliver deeper financial planning across retirement, investments, tax strategy, estate planning, insurance, and major life transitions. As TAG's succession model expands, planners who excel in this seat are often first in line for the next opportunity. What You'll Do Partner with experienced local advisors to serve established high-net-worth relationships, with intentional relationship-building as the foundation of long-term client retention Focus on financial planning, not prospecting Collaborate with the broader team on complex planning cases, strategy development, and planning innovation Help clients navigate retirement, tax, estate, insurance, and major life-transition decisions Conduct retirement, tax, estate, insurance, and investment planning analyses Introduce and implement planning-driven investment strategies through eMoney®, deepening the integration of planning and portfolio management Maintain accurate client records and follow established compliance standards Work in-office, alongside a local team, with access to our national advanced planning desk for complex cases What We're Looking For CFP® certification — Required Series 7 and Series 66 (or S63/65) — Required 3+ years of financial planning experience with high-net-worth clients Strong eMoney® platform experience Ability to work on-site in Sacramento, CA Strong communication and relationship-building skills Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $120,000-$175,000, depending on experience Additional revenue-sharing opportunities tied to planning-driven business 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance and reimbursement for approved expenses About The AmeriFlex Group® The AmeriFlex Group is an advisor-owned hybrid RIA headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada, with more than 175 advisors nationwide and over $17.5 billion in assets under management.
