Compensation:
$108,800 at plan commission annually
Responsibilities:
Develop trusted advisory relationships to help clients achieve financial security and long-term success Design and implement comprehensive financial strategies spanning risk management, retirement, investments, and wealth preservation Analyze clients' financial positions to create actionable, goal-driven financial plans Empower clients through education and strategic guidance to make confident financial decisions Proactively adjust financial strategies to reflect market conditions and life transitions Maintain strict adherence to compliance standards while delivering high-quality client service Drive business growth through referrals, relationship-building, and community outreach Pursue ongoing education to strengthen expertise and enhance client outcomes
Qualifications:
