Full-Time ________________________________________ Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Associate Advisor to support senior team members in delivering high-quality financial planning services. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in financial services while gaining hands-on experience in client support, financial analysis, and advisory operations. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Client Support & Meetings

• Assist with preparing for client meetings (agendas, reports, financial plans)
• Attend meetings, take notes, and support follow-up actions Financial Planning & Documentation
• Prepare financial plans and supporting documentation
• Conduct research and assist with financial modeling
• Enter and maintain accurate client information in CRM systems Implementation Support
• Help coordinate and track the execution of client recommendations
• Work with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion Data & Process Management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
• Identify ways to improve processes and increase efficiency
• Assist in optimizing financial planning tools and systems Professional Development
• Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices
• Participate in ongoing training and development ________________________________________ Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
• Working toward or interest in obtaining relevant certifications (e.g., Series 65, CFP)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities ________________________________________ Preferred Experience
• Background in financial services, paraplanning, or client support
• Experience with financial planning software or CRM systems
