Position Overview This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced advisor seeking a long-term career path with an established and growing wealth management firm. The Service Advisor will work closely with lead advisor, participate in meaningful client relationships, and play a key role in delivering comprehensive financial planning and wealth management solutions. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned client relationships. Prepare and maintain financial plans and investment recommendations. Analyze client financial information and develop planning strategies. Assist with implementation of investment, retirement, insurance, and planning recommendations. Conduct ongoing client reviews and update financial plans as circumstances change. Support client education events, seminars, and firm initiatives. Proactively identify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in wealth management, financial planning, or financial advisory services. Series 7 and 66 licenses are required, with Life & Health Insurance License preferred (to be obtained within 6 months). Strong understanding of financial planning, retirement planning, and investment management concepts. Experience using CRM and financial planning software. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications CFP® certification or active CFP® candidate. Experience supporting high-net-worth clients and families. Familiarity with tax planning and retirement income planning strategies. Experience conducting client review meetings and presenting recommendations. Compensation
