We are seeking an experienced Wealth Advisor to join our growing team in Southern California. In this role, you will partner closely with members to help them achieve long-term financial success through personalized financial planning, investment management, retirement planning, and insurance strategies. We maintain a standalone broker-dealer and registered investment adviser, owned by one of the nation's leading credit unions. Advisors are supported by an established referral network spanning multiple branch locations, contact center channels, digital member interactions, and employer relationships throughout the market, creating a consistent opportunity to grow and deepen client relationships. Ongoing professional development and growth opportunities Key Responsibilities Build trusted relationships with members by understanding their financial goals, values, and life stages
Develop comprehensive financial plans, including retirement, investment, insurance, and legacy strategies
Provide personalized investment recommendations aligned with members' objectives and risk tolerance
Partner with internal credit union teams to deliver a seamless, holistic member experience
Grow and manage a book of business through referrals, proactive outreach, and ongoing relationship management
Analyze investment strategies and make recommendations to members.
Achieve sales/production goals to ensure revenue projections are met.
Stay abreast of the investment tools and services available that can maximize performance.
Ensure business activities and investment recommendations comply with rules and regulations.
Generate referrals and strengthen partnerships across the credit union organization.
Attend credit union functions and other community meetings as necessary.
Promote honest and open communication throughout the credit union.
Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the credit union's values, philosophies, and leadership characteristics.

Professional development support and advancement opportunities Location We have some flexibility in the Los Angeles market, including opportunities located within the Ventura and Huntington Beach areas. Requirements Bachelor's degree required.
Experience developing and managing client relationships within a wealth management, brokerage, bank investment, credit union, or advisory environment.
Demonstrated ability to provide comprehensive financial planning and investment guidance.
Life & Health Insurance, FINRA Series 7 & 66 required. Series 63 & 65 licensing may be accepted in lieu of the Series 66.
Previous investment experience in a bank or credit union environment is preferred.
