This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, thrives in an organized environment, and takes initiative. You'll be a key part of delivering a high-quality client experience while helping keep daily operations running smoothly. We're looking for someone who wants to grow and make a meaningful, long-term impact. What You'll Do Serve as a first point of contact for clients—handling calls and service requests with professionalism and warmth Schedule appointments and prepare for client meetings Support account operations, including: New account opening and maintenance eSignature coordination and tracking Rollovers, transfers, and RMD processing Death claim assistance Generate client reports and assist with documentation and compliance tasks Utilize firm systems (ClientWorks, Wealthbox, Constant Contact, etc.) Support client communications and marketing efforts Identify ways to improve processes and increase efficiency What You Bring Experience in financial services, wealth management, or a similar field LPL Financial experience strongly preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required) Excellent communication and client service skills Ability to multitask, adapt, and work independently Dependable, proactive, and solution-oriented Why Join Us We're a relationship-driven firm that values professionalism, teamwork, and exceptional client service.
