Training Bonus:

Up to $3,500 upon finishing training, based on timely completion of onboarding tasks, individual metrics, and licensing requirements.

First-Year Stipends & Bonuses:

Up to $26,000 based on weekly activity metrics and $29,000 additional bonuses based off incentives throughout your first year.

Commissions:

Uncapped earning potential with enhanced commissions for your first few years.
