What You'll Do:
Begin as a Protégé with the opportunity to grow into a Financial Planner Prepare financial plans, analyses, and recommendations for clients Gather client information, including financial goals and risk tolerance Input and manage client data within financial planning software Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance standards are met Support new business development and marketing initiatives Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional service Help manage and grow a large family office businessWhat You Bring:
A strong customer-facing mindset, with experience or interest in prospecting, referrals, or relationship-building (we'll teach the rest) A deep interest in building advisory strategies for individuals, families, and businesses A willingness to put in the activity and use data-driven insights to guide growth Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail The ability to build and manage relationships with high-net-worth clients and family offices Interest in leadership, team-building, and mentoring others Excellent interpersonal skills and the confidence to connect with anyone A genuine passion for helping people and families succeed A competitive, goal-oriented mindset that thrives under pressure.Why Join Us:
