Agius & Partners is currently hiring Senior Private Bankers on behalf of several leading international private banks expanding their UHNW coverage in Miami. These are permanent, ongoing mandates for experienced bankers with established UHNW client relationships seeking a world-class platform to serve their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management Source, onboard, and advise Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients Act as the primary relationship manager , delivering highly personalized wealth management and banking solutions. Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships across multiple generations of client families. Partner closely with internal investment, credit, and trust specialists to provide comprehensive advisory solutions. Advisory & Strategy Deliver bespoke wealth management strategies encompassing portfolio management, credit solutions, estate planning, and succession structuring . Leverage a deep understanding of global markets and financial instruments to deliver innovative solutions. Ensure all client activities are compliant with regulatory standards and internal risk frameworks.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in UHNW private banking, wealth management, or family office advisory. Proven ability to manage and grow a client portfolio , ideally with portable client relationships. Strong knowledge of investment products, credit structures, tax, and estate planning considerations . Established network within the UHNW community Bachelors degree required; CFA, CFP, or MBA highly valued. English but Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Portuguese) preferred.
