Louis Vuitton is seeking a highly motivated, curious, and customer-focused Full-Time Client Advisor at our Palm Beach Gardens location with an undeniable passion for creating memorable experiences for our worldly clientele. Reporting to the Team Manager, as a Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring that every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise. By striving to discover your Clients and their every need, you will tailor their experience within our store to elevate their experience and impression of the Brand while also ensuring to build long-lasting relationships, which will be maintained through the usage of our in-house clienteling tools and systems.

Client Experience:

Deliver an exceptional client experience by understanding and fulfilling clients' needs and preferences.

Brand Ambassador:

Represent the Louis Vuitton brand with passion and enthusiasm, ensuring that every client interaction reflects our values and commitment to excellence.

Sales Achievement:

Achieve individual and team objectives and sales goals through effective client engagement and relationship building.

Product Knowledge:

Learn and master Brand and product knowledge across all categories to provide informed and personalized advice to clients.

Clienteling:

Leverage clienteling tools to develop long-term relationships with clients, ensuring personalized follow-up and engagement.

Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive and dynamic store environment. PROFILE This is an opportunity for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment, who operate as a true personal 'advisor' to their clients with a passion to develop their career in a luxury retail environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous retail experience, preferably gained within a high-end or luxury market. We will also consider those with a strong background in a customer-centric environment. A strong strategic sales and commercial mindset, with the ability to achieve individual and team sales goals. A passion for building and maintaining meaningful relationships with a diverse client base. A willingness to learn and continuously improve personal and team performance. Forward-thinking individuals who are eager to use their creativity and skills to drive the continued success and strong heritage of the brand. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients effectively. The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate within the range of USD $20-$28 plus the opportunity for commission, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.
