Business Needs Analysis Responsibilities:
Provide financial planning support to clients Support investment professionals to cultivate client relationships Prepare financial plans and check their accuracy
Qualifications:
4-year degree; or equivalent professional work experience Entrepreneurial ambitions History of success in relationship-building or client-facing roles Excellent time-management skills Desire for continuous learning and collaboration Proficient critical thinking and communication competencies Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
Compensation and Benefits:
Performance-based earnings and revenue; 1099 Commission + W2 Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision and a double-retirement plan ( average annual earnings of $90K
