PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a Wealth Advisor to deliver comprehensive financial planning and investment guidance to high-net-worth and emerging affluent clients. In this Financial Services role, you will assess goals, risk tolerance, and cash-flow needs to design customized strategies across banking, insurance, and investments. You will deepen relationships, grow a book of business, and collaborate with specialists while upholding PNC's culture of integrity, inclusion, community impact, and continuous learning within a performance-driven, client-focused environment. Responsibilities Provide holistic wealth and financial planning solutions to high-net-worth and mass-affluent clients. Analyze client goals, risk tolerance, and time horizon to design customized investment and retirement strategies. Proactively manage client relationships, conducting regular portfolio reviews and financial check-ins. Collaborate with banking, insurance, and investment partners to deliver integrated financial solutions. Ensure all advice and activities comply with regulatory, risk, and PNC policy standards. Identify new business opportunities, deepen existing relationships, and meet growth and sales goals. Prepare proposals, financial plans, and presentations using PNC tools and platforms. Stay current on markets, products, tax changes, and industry trends to advise clients effectively. Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM and related systems. Participate in community and networking events to enhance PNC's presence and generate referrals.
