Job Description

Financial Advisor (Path to Lead Advisor) If you're a relationship-builder who thrives on structure, accountability, and service—not sales—we want to meet you. While this role is titled Financial Advisor to reflect the career path, you'll begin in a full-time, in-office Service Advisor position designed to set the foundation for future advisory success. This is a long-term opportunity with a clear and supported path to becoming a Lead Financial Advisor. Ideal for early-career professionals from banking, insurance, or education. Must be local or willing to relocate to Belle Plaine. Apply today to join a values-based, coaching-focused financial services firm.
Do You:
Believe a financial plan is more than just numbers—it's a roadmap to clarity, confidence, and peace of mind? Want to join a values-aligned firm where service comes before sales, and where you're empowered to grow as a trusted advisor—not just grind for leads? Thrive in a coaching-focused, team-driven environment where your contributions matter and your long-term career path is supported with care? Appreciate having access to tested tools, templates, and systems so you can focus on delivering meaningful results? Thrive in a structured environment that rewards initiative, accountability, and maturity? Want to develop within a firm that sets clear expectations and supports your development every step of the way? Position About Leading Advisor Inc. You may notice that this job posting lists Leading Advisor Inc. at the top—this is because we are managing the hiring process on behalf of our client, Vantagus. Leading Advisor Inc. is a Fractional Chief Operating Officer firm specializing in building and strengthening financial advisory and insurance agency teams through structured, values-based hiring systems. While you'll work directly for Vantagus, we're your first point of contact and are here to ensure a smooth, professional, and values-aligned hiring experience for both candidates and our client. We are hiring a Service Advisor with the maturity, professionalism, and long-term leadership potential to grow into a Lead Advisor role. This structured onboarding ensures a deep understanding of our high-integrity, life-stage-based planning model and prepares you to deliver consistent, exceptional client experiences. As you grow, you'll take on more responsibility—transitioning into a Lead Advisor / Financial Coach role, managing key client relationships, and nurturing new ones.
