Compensation:
$65,000 plus
Responsibilities:
Develop personalized financial plans for clients, focusing on their unique needs and goals. Engage with clients regularly to review their financial progress and adjust plans as necessary. Educate clients on various insurance and investment options to empower informed decision-making. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide the best advice. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to expand your expertise. Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and trust-building efforts.
Qualifications:
Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required. Ability to communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and relatable manner. Proven track record of building strong, trust-based relationships with clients. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic industry environment. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals. Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for client management and communication is beneficial.
