Trust Associate (Paralegal Experience Preferred)

Salary Range:
The salary range of $20-$27 per hour is determined by experience and location.
Location:
This position is based in Northwest Trustee's Boise, ID office.
Job Description:
The Trust Associate will perform a wide variety of tasks related to the administration of fiduciary accounts at the direction of their assigned Trust Officer. Successful candidates for this role will have strong analytical skills, a commitment to continuous learning and improvement, robust technological and communication skills, enjoy seeking out new information and synthesizing findings, excellent time management, a focus on attention to detail, the ability to maintain confidentiality and treat colleagues and clients with respect, and an interest in developing collaborative relationships.
Primary responsibilities will include:
Providing daily administrative support to Trust Officers Inputting client bills and invoices for payment, Communicating with clients, professional advisors, and vendors, Preparing reports and memos, Drafting communications, presentations, and reports, Completing forms, applications, and other documents, Researching and summarizing various topics as requested, Provide calendaring and meeting support, Special projects as needed, Using CRM system to track and complete account related tasks, and Managing fiduciary risk; following policies and procedures
Required:
At least two years' customer service experience in a professional setting.
Preferred:
Associate's degree Knowledge of trusts and estates Paralegal experience Strong working knowledge of Microsoft products such as
Excel and Outlook Pay:
$20.00 - $27.00 per hour
