In deal valuation at PwC, you will focus on providing analysis and valuation services for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions. The Opportunity As part of the Deals team you, you perform valuation engagements in a professional services firm or corporate finance group. As an Associate, you focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You are exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by expanding your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. Responsibilities

• Perform valuation engagements in a professional services firm or corporate finance group
• Support client engagement and project tasks
• Develop skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional work
• Build and maintain meaningful client relationships
• Learn to manage and inspire team members
• Expand technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources
• Contribute to the growth of your personal brand
• Adapt to changing project requirements and environments What You Must Have
• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Quantitative Finance, or Economics and Finance
• 1 year of experience What Sets You Apart
• Working knowledge performing valuation engagements
• Applying valuation methodology for business entities and intangible assets
• Experience in financial modeling and derivatives
• Understanding intellectual property valuation and impairment testing
• CFA or ASA preferred Travel Requirements Up to 40% Job Posting End Date The salary range for this position is: $63,000
• $140,000.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
