full-time About the job Russell Tobin is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Analyst to join a centralized Client Service Team. This role supports Advisor teams and clients by assisting with client onboarding, data management, investment account processing, tax season activities, meeting coordination, and quality control reporting. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment and has excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills. ????

Contract Opportunity ???? $24.00 --- $25.00/hour on W2 Key Responsibilities Support the onboarding of new clients, including maintaining accurate client data and managing contracting procedures Assist with scheduling client meetings to ensure timely communication between Advisor teams and clients Prepare, submit, and track new investment account applications through the funding stage Manage various tax season activities, including organizing tax data and gathering and tracking client consents Assist with finalizing tax returns, coordinating estimated payments, and facilitating e-filing Collaborate with internal departments to complete investment and operational tasks Assist with account-related requests, including matters involving Special Investments and Private Equity Track and report Quality Control metrics to help maintain high standards of service Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation Manage multiple priorities and assignments while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy Communicate effectively with Advisor teams, clients, and internal departments Provide professional and timely support in a fast-paced corporate environment Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 2-5 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and think clearly under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments Extremely organized and detail-oriented Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Excellent problem-solving and follow-up skills Ability to handle confidential client and financial information professionally Previous experience in financial services is preferred but not required What We Offer Pride Global offers eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, dental, and vision coverage Supplemental insurance (accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity) 401(k) retirement savings plan Life and disability insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Legal support services Auto, home, and pet insurance options Employee discounts with preferred vendors If you are a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who enjoys supporting clients and advisor teams, managing financial information, and working in a fast-paced corporate environment, we encourage you to apply.
