- DDV•People in Deals•Intern, you will engage in projects that support our clients in navigating complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
Within our Advisory practice, you will gain exposure to strategic advice, due diligence, and valuation services, helping clients make informed decisions and maximize value. As an Intern, you will support teams by participating in projects, focusing on learning and gaining exposure to PwC's methodologies. You will perform basic tasks and conduct research while observing professional work environments and contributing to the team's success. In this role at PwC, you will have the opportunity to work within the Deals network, supporting separations and divestitures through carve-out planning and operational separation. - Supporting teams in mergers and acquisitions by assisting with due diligence and valuation processes
- Participating in project management activities to facilitate smooth transitions during separations and divestitures
- Conducting research and gathering data to aid in risk analysis and strategic decision-making
- Engaging in cross-functional team coordination to enhance collaboration and achieve project goals
- Applying intellectual curiosity to explore innovative solutions and improve client outcomes

- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree
