FINANCIAL COUNSELOR
Abilene, KS SummaryPOSITION SUMMARY
Position Summary:
Performs all aspects of billing for professional services including reimbursement follow up analysis and data entry of provider charges. Familiar with accounts receivable and collection activities. Utilizes resources available to ensure full compliance with federal Medicare and Medicaid laws and regulation provisions, and in keeping with the health center mission. Is knowledgeable with CPT andICE-10-CM
coding.POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education High school graduate or GED Minimum Experience Two years clerical/bookkeeping experience Medical billing for physician services preferred Required Registration/License/Certification NoneBenefits
