Responsibilities Build and help implement personalized financial planning strategies using industry-leading tools and resources Participate in and lead client meetings, including note-taking, follow-up communication, and relationship management Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining long-term client relationships Coordinate with outside professionals including CPAs and attorneys regarding tax strategies and financial planning matters Review financial information for accuracy, including insurance, earnings, expenses, and investment data Assist in preparing recommendations related to life, disability, and long-term care insurance Review and approve trades within client portfolios Prepare financial plans, investment reports, and client presentations Track client interactions and workflows within CRM systems Communicate with custodians, Broker-Dealers, and other financial institutions Lead team meetings and contribute to strategic planning initiatives Assist in mentoring and developing support staff Requirements Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services, specifically wealth management Working knowledge of financial planning and investment strategies Experience leading or participating in client meetings preferred Series 7 preferred FINRA licensing and CFP® or ChFC® designation is a plus, but not required Proficiency with Schwab platform required Experience with Redtail CRM is a plus Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Ability to handle confidential information professionally Strong work ethic with a desire for long-term professional growth Demonstrated ability to succeed within an entrepreneurial, small-company environment Desired Attributes Reliable and follows through on commitments Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively Calm and professional under pressure Independent, self-motivated, and proactive Strong client service mindset Collaborative team player with flexibility and adaptability Forward-thinking problem solver who anticipates next steps High level of professionalism and integrity Compensation & Benefits This is not a sales position. This role is primarily focused on client service, financial planning support, and relationship management. Competitive compensation ranging from $60,000-$90,000 based on experience Bonus opportunities Retirement plan (401k and Roth 401k) with employer contributions Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Continuing education opportunities and career advancement Sponsorship toward advanced professional designations This is a full-time, in-office position.
