Trust Officer Kansas Market | Confidential Search A Great Opportunity to Make a Difference We are partnering with a strong, relationship-driven community bank to recruit a Trust Officer who wants more than a title—they want the opportunity to build relationships, grow a business, and make a lasting impact in the communities they serve. This is true community banking : local decision-making, long-term relationships, and a genuine commitment to helping Kansas families, businesses, and communities thrive. The Opportunity As Trust Officer, you will: Build and manage meaningful relationships with individuals, families, business owners, and professional advisors. Administer trust and estate accounts while serving as a trusted financial partner. Develop new relationships and grow the Trust business through networking and community involvement. Partner with attorneys, CPAs, financial advisors, and other centers of influence. Be a visible and valued representative of the bank throughout the Kansas market. We're looking for someone who enjoys knowing their clients, understands fiduciary responsibilities, and has the personality and drive to grow a business. Trust, wealth management, estate planning, or banking experience is important.
CTFA, CFP
