This role is ideal for a professional with experience managing complex state healthcare programs, public-sector initiatives, reimbursement programs, healthcare transformation efforts, or other large-scale government-funded programs involving multiple stakeholders, regulatory requirements, financial oversight, and operational complexity. Successful candidates are skilled at translating policy and program requirements into practical implementation strategies, managing complex client relationships, coordinating across diverse stakeholder groups, driving program outcomes, and balancing operational, financial, and compliance objectives within state and local government environments. Duties and Responsibilities + Program Expertise and Policy Analysis + Develops subject matter expertise in EMS , fire services, Medicaid financing, reimbursement programs, and public-sector consulting operations. + Analyzes and interprets federal and state laws, regulations, policies, and reimbursement methodologies. + Monitors emerging federal and state policy developments and evaluates their impact on client programs and operations.
