Holmes and Palmer Orthodontics is looking for a self-motivated and detail oriented professional individual to join our four-location, well established, private practices a Financial Coordinator. You will be working alongside a fun group of hard-working professionals and Orthodontists primarily in the Huntington, WV and Ashland, KY locations. What you'll do: Manage patient financial transactions Verify and submit insurance benefits and claims Prepare financial arrangements for patients Communicate with staff, patients, and Doctors Make calls to patients who are past due on accounts Make appointment confirmation calls to patients •You will be provided with the one-on-one training you need to be successful in your role.
