In this role, you'll work directly with individuals, families, and business owners to understand their financial goals and develop strategies designed to help them protect what matters most and build toward their future. This is an opportunity to build your own client practice while receiving comprehensive training, professional development, mentorship, and access to the resources of an established financial services organization. Successful candidates are strong communicators who enjoy building relationships, developing new business, and helping others make important financial decisions. Compensation:
$100,000 - $150,000
Responsibilities:
Build relationships with individuals, families, and business owners to understand their financial goals, priorities, and protection needs Gather and analyze relevant client financial information to help identify needs, opportunities, and appropriate financial strategies Develop a client base through networking, referrals, community involvement, prospecting, and other relationship-building activities Educate clients on financial concepts and recommend appropriate insurance and financial solutions based on their individual needs and objectives Help clients implement strategies that may include life insurance, retirement planning, wealth accumulation, and other financial products and services Build long-term relationships by providing ongoing guidance and reviewing clients' strategies as their goals, families, careers, and financial circumstances evolve Deliver a high level of client service through consistent communication, follow-up, and relationship management Participate in ongoing training, professional development, and licensing opportunities to continually expand your knowledge and capabilities as a financial professional
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills with a genuine interest in helping individuals, families, and businesses achieve their financial goals Self-motivated and business-minded, with the drive to develop new relationships, grow a client base, and build a long-term financial services practice Experience in sales, business development, management, recruiting, customer service, or other relationship-focused roles is preferred, but prior financial services experience is not required Demonstrated ability to set goals, take initiative, manage priorities, and follow through on commitments Comfortable networking, meeting new people, asking for referrals, and developing relationships within the community Willingness and ability to obtain required insurance and securities licenses, as applicable to the role Commitment to ongoing training, professional development, and learning about insurance and financial solutions Comfortable using technology and business tools, including CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other client-management platforms Bachelor's degree is preferred; relevant professional and business experience will also be considered About Company At Team Andrade, we're focused on developing motivated, relationship-driven professionals who want to build meaningful careers in financial services.
