JOB TITLE
International Education Investment & Finance Manager Analyze international education markets and prepare market entry strategies, investment models, and feasibility analyses to support global business expansion. Conduct financial modeling, valuation, forecasting, and risk analysis for international investment and growth initiatives. Perform U.S. and international market research and financial analysis related to education-focused businesses. Support investor outreach and fundraising activities by preparing financial analyses, forecasts, and investment recommendation materials. Assist with the identification and evaluation of potential acquisition targets, including supporting financial due diligence, deal structuring analysis, and post-acquisition financial integration. Coordinate with external advisors regarding U.S. and international tax compliance, reporting, and financial planning matters. Assist in developing and monitoring financial policies and procedures, track subsidiary financial performance, and support accurate financial reporting and compliance.
