Full Job Description Statement of Duties:
Coordination of class fundraisingCoordination of class activitiesCoordination of class electionsAttendance at class functions (it is expected that class advisors will attend and chaperone class activities of all four classes)Oversight of class finances as raised through fundraising and maintain proper financial recordsMost class advisor duties will be performed after regular school dayThe class advisor of the senior class will assist in the activities surrounding graduation Other duties as assigned by the principal and/or his designee
Qualifications:
The class advisor is expected to bring innovation and creativity to the position so as to provide for a quality education for all students in the class.

Licensed by the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.

The class advisor will have a full teaching schedule including one duty period per week off.

The class advisor will seek administrative approval for special events.

Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the superintendent may deem appropriate.
