Compensation:
$70,000 - $90,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and providing tailored advice. Conduct thorough financial assessments to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver comprehensive financial plans that align with client objectives. Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to provide clients with up-to-date information and guidance. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in financial planning. Proactively reach out to potential clients, expanding your network and growing your client base. Utilize digital tools and resources to streamline client interactions and improve service efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree from a four-year institution is preferred. MUST live in Frederick, Maryland, or the surrounding counties. Strong interpersonal and networking skills. Excellent written and communication skills. Professional appearance and work ethic. 3-5 years of sales/business or customer service experience preferred. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence. An enterprising spirit/desire to manage your own career and be accountable for your results.
