No prior experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and support to help you grow professionally and become fully licensed. What You'll Do As a Family Planning Representative, you will work alongside experienced professionals while developing valuable skills in financial education and client support.
Responsibilities Include:
Assist families in understanding basic financial planning concepts such as protection, savings, and long-term goals Support licensed professionals during client appointments and follow-up communication Collect, organize, and maintain client information accurately and confidentially Help guide clients through the next steps of their planning process Participate in ongoing training sessions, mentorship, and team meetings Follow a structured development and licensing program Maintain professional communication with clients and team members Licensing & Professional Development We provide guidance and support to help qualified candidates pursue professional licensing opportunities, including: Life Insurance License Investment Licenses (Series 6, 63, 26, and/or 65) Mortgage License (NMLS) No previous licensing experience is required. Our team provides mentorship, training resources, and support throughout the process.
