Position Summary As a CRE Consultant, you will work directly with clients to implement new systems, add-on modules, and provide ongoing support. You will ensure that all engagements stay within scope, on budget, and are executed with excellence. This role goes beyond client service—you'll be a process champion and a trusted advisor to both internal teams and clients. What You'll Do Lead and manage Sage Intacct Construction implementations and module add-ons with minimal oversight. Provide timely client support — resolving or escalating support cases within 24 hours. Maintain at least 70% billable utilization by efficiently managing time and client expectations. Offer strategic insights to clients on new functionality, helping them plan for the future. Document activities clearly and thoroughly on timecards to avoid billing disputes. Mentor and guide junior consultants through leveling chats, group discussions, and project support. Collaborate with Project Managers and fellow consultants to ensure accurate project plans and timely task completion. Identify out-of-scope items, assist with change order creation, and escalate issues as needed. Maintain advanced certification in key Sage Intacct modules, including Construction and SCM. What We're Looking For 3+ years of hands-on Sage Intacct experience, including project implementation and support. Advanced certification in CRE and SCM. Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements independently. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Experience mentoring or leading teams in a consulting environment. Accounting experience in the construction field. Nice to Have Experience in mid-sized to enterprise-level consulting firms. Project management certification or equivalent experience. Prior experience with publisher escalation processes.
