We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Advisor to join our team. Why You Should Join Us You will be working with an already established book of business Firm-funded marketing budget Access to top-notch administrative support Supportive and collaborative environment Extensive mentorship and training Professional development and growth opportunities What You Will Be Doing Prepare comprehensive financial plans, analyzing data and developing projections to meet client objectives Conduct client and prospective client meetings to provide guidance, answer questions, and follow up on action items Use various communication channels to initiate and foster relationships with clients and prospects Work alongside the advisory team to create and implement personalized investment strategies Assist in growing the firm's client base through outreach efforts and company-funded marketing campaigns Contribute to business development and marketing efforts, including vendor research Stay up to date on financial trends, products, and regulatory changes Provide ongoing service to existing clients, handling inquiries and performing account-related tasks All other duties as assigned What You Will Bring 5+ Years in Financial Planning or Investment Advisory Services (Required) Life & Health Insurance License (Preferred & Must Obtain Within 6 Months) Series 65 or Equivalent (Preferred & Must Obtain Within 6 Months) Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (Preferred) Clear and Professional Communication Skills (Verbal and Written) (Required) Strong Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills (Required) Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/Financial Planning Software (Preferred)
