Description:
At Great Waters Financial, the Client Experience Advisor (CEA) plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service and personalized support to our clients. Rooted in a culture of collaboration and attention to detail, this position is central to ensuring clients feel empowered and well-informed throughout their journey with us outside of in-person meetings. The CEA provides ongoing guidance outside of formal meetings, serving as a readily accessible expert resource via email and phone for a wide range of financial planning needs and inquiries. As a licensed, trusted advisor and service champion, the CEA helps clients navigate challenges with clarity and confidence, strengthening their overall experience and deepening client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Deliver timely and proactive financial advice to clients via phone call or email, addressing planning inquiries outside of formal meetings. Collaborate cross-functionally to coordinate and manage client planning needs across the Operations department. Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communication and inquiries outside of in-person meetings. Establish and manage timelines for client-related action items within service platforms, including Salesforce, Orion, Moneyguide, and Holistiplan. Foster and maintain strong client relationships through prompt and personalized responses to inquiries and service requests. Share industry insights and internal research to keep clients informed on relevant updates.
Requirements:
Series 65 or CFP Life & Health insurance license Excellent verbal and written communication skills The salary range for this role is $60,000.00 - $78,000.00 annually. In addition, Great Waters offers employees a 401k plan with an employer matching schedule, Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, 10 paid company Holidays, an annual wellness stipend, and paid-time off. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus driven by organization and individual performance.
