About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Wealth Manager Assistant to support our advisory team in delivering exceptional service to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a few years of experience in financial services who wants to grow their career in wealth management. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support to wealth managers Prepare client meeting materials, reports, and portfolio summaries Schedule and coordinate client meetings, calls, and follow-ups Maintain and update client records and account information (CRM) Assist with account opening, transfers, and paperwork processing Communicate with clients and custodians to resolve requests and inquiries Help prepare compliance documentation and ensure regulatory requirements are met Monitor deadlines for account reviews, renewals, and required disclosures Support the preparation of financial plans and investment proposals Handle confidential client information with discretion and professionalism Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or a related administrative role preferred Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM experience a plus Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Discretion in handling sensitive financial and personal information What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity to grow within a client-centered wealth management firm Hands-on mentorship from experienced wealth managers Collaborative, professional on-site work environment Opportunity for further career development in the finance industry French Wealth Management is an equal opportunity employer.
