Asheville, North Carolina Thorndale Partners is partnering with a well-established, growth-focused financial services firm to identify an Associate Financial Advisor to join its team in Asheville, North Carolina. This opportunity is designed for an early-career or developing professional who is interested in building a long-term career in wealth management. The firm offers a collaborative environment, strong mentorship, and a forward-thinking investment platform-including a focus on sustainable and responsible investing. They're looking for someone with the drive and potential to grow into a lead advisor role over time, ultimately developing and managing a significant book of business. What You'll Do Support senior advisors in delivering high-quality client service and relationship management Participate in financial planning and client meeting preparation Build foundational knowledge of investment strategies and portfolio construction Gradually develop business development skills, including networking and prospecting Begin cultivating your own client relationships over time What We're Looking For Strong interest in pursuing a career as a Financial Advisor Motivation to grow, learn, and take on increasing responsibility Excellent interpersonal and communication skills A relationship-oriented mindset with a desire to help clients succeed Interest in sustainable investing and long-term impact Qualifications (Preferred, Not Required) Progress toward or interest in obtaining Series 65 or 66 (the firm will support you in earning this while employed) CFP® designation or interest in pursuing it over time Prior experience in financial services, sales, or client-facing roles Connection to the Asheville community or interest in building one Why This Role Clear path to becoming a fully established Financial Advisor Hands-on mentorship and training from experienced professionals Opportunity to earn your licenses, including Series 65 or 66, with firm support Access to a strong platform and resources to help you grow your career A chance to build a meaningful, long-term book of business in a supportive environment This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to enter or accelerate their career in financial advising with a firm that is invested in your long-term success.
